Payment
Payment can be made by cash or personal cheque (made out to Turtle Moon Massage & Wellness). We do not currently accept credit cards or debit cards, but are looking into this possibility in the future.
Payment is due the day services are provided.
Any cheques that are returned NSF will result in a $50.00 NSF penalty. This will be added to your next appointment if booked within 2 weeks. Otherwise an invoice will be mailed to your home.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This is a common courtesy and allows us the opportunity to fill your time with other clients.
Failure to do so will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of your scheduled session. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior will be subject to a penalty of 100% of your scheduled session. This will be added to your next appointment (if booked within 2 weeks). Otherwise an invoice will be mailed to your home.
Benefit Claims and Coverage
We are RMT's (Registered Massage Therapists) and can provide valid receipts to be submitted for claims.
Most benefit providers offer coverage for for Massage Therapy. Please check with your benefits coordinator to determine coverage amount and if there are any stipulations, such as a doctors referral/recommendation, prior to your appointment.
3rd party billing to benefit providers, WCB, or for MVA claims is not available at this time. For more information, please contact us. |
